ASI Murder Case : SP Deuba to be posted in Kailali

Dhangadhi: Superintendent of Police (SP) Dilip Deuba has been appointed as the Chief of the District Police Office, Kailali. SP Deuba, who is working at the Riot Control Police Office, Kanchanpur, has been posted in Kailali since Monday, said State Police Office Spokesperson Senior Superintendent of Police Mukesh Singh. 

Deuba has been posted in Kaj after the murder of Govinda Bik, in-charge of temporary police bit Jugeda. Police constable Ram Bahadur Saud, who went on patrol with him, is still missing. 
Chief Superintendent of Police Anupam Shamsher Jabra of District Police Office Kailali is in Kathmandu after contracting Kovid-19. After Jabra left for Kathmandu, Deputy Superintendent of Police Pratik Bista was given the responsibility of acting chief.
