Enrollment only in schools where new curriculum for class 11 has been implemented: Ministry of Education

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has requested the parents to enroll students only in the schools where the new curriculum of class 11 has been implemented.

The ministry said that even though the new curriculum for class 11 has been implemented, some schools are still teaching according to the old curriculum. 

Similarly, parents have been urged to enroll students only in the schools where the new curriculum has been implemented as the new curriculum and secondary education passing examinations will be conducted in class 12 from the next academic year. The ministry has also requested the local bodies to monitor the new curriculum.

Some time ago, the umbrella organizations of private schools said that the new curriculum could not be implemented and that the old curriculum would be taught this year.
