'Let's give hospital beds to the critical patients'
Kathmandu: The Ministry of Health and Population has urged the patients to be admitted to the hospital only after classifying the patients as the number of infected and infected corona virus is increasing in the Terai districts including Kathmandu.
Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, said that the decision has been taken to keep the asymptomatic patients in isolation and keep only the critically ill patients in the hospital as the critically ill patients are not getting beds in the hospital and the patients are in normal condition.
Although there is no obstruction from the ministry in the admission of patients, he urges the critically ill to be admitted to the hospital and the general patients to stay in home isolation.
In the last 24 hours, 743 people across the country, including 224 in the Kathmandu Valley, have been infected with the corona virus. At the same time, the total number of infected people in Nepal has reached 32,678.
