Let's reconsider the establishment of democracy with Hindu Rashtra and monarchy: Kamal Thapa

Kathmandu, Sep. 19: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Kamal Thapa has said that the establishment of democracy including Sanatan Hindu Rashtra and Rajya Sanstha should be reconsidered.  

Giving best wishes on the occasion of the Constitution Day, Chairman Thapa said that the establishment of democracy including Sanatan Hindu Rashtra and monarchy should be reconsidered keeping in mind the wider interest of the nation. Thapa said that freedom of thought and the right to establish one's beliefs through the people's vote was the soul of the constitution. 

He said, "Freedom of thought and the right to establish one's identity through the people's vote is the spirit of the constitution and an inclusive and proportional system is the main feature. Let us reconsider the establishment of democracy, including the Sanatan Hindu Rashtra and the monarchy, keeping in mind the wider interests of the nation. Happy Constitution Day to all.
