Oli-Nepal discussion in Baluwatar
Kathmandu - The executive president is calling a meeting of the Secretariat of the written request of five members of the next day Prime Ministers and CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal Chairman KP Sharma have a dialogue. Prime Minister Oli has invited senior leaders to Baluwatar for talks and discussions are underway between them.
Nepal has also taken close leaders Bhim Rawal, Surendra Pandey, and Raghuji Pant in the discussion.
Executive Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Senior Leader Jhala Nath Khanal, Nepal, Vice-Chairman Bamdev Gautam, and Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha were among the five leaders who went to Baluwatar on Saturday requesting a consensus of the meeting.
In Saturday's meeting, the Nepali leader had questioned Oli's working style. The next day, Oli called for a discussion, said a leader close to Nepal.
Earlier, Prime Minister Oli had met the Nepali leader on November 19 and 20 and offered cooperation. However, Nepal has been constantly demanding to run the party in a methodical manner.
Oli, who is facing a minority vote within the party, has been constantly trying to change the internal equation.
Earlier, Prime Minister Oli had held discussions with the Nepali leader on July 25. Oli has been meeting senior leaders separately as pressure mounts on him within the party.
