The US presidential election is over, and in some places the results are coming
Kathmandu: Voting for the US presidency has ended. In some places, results have already begun to come. According to the BBC, Democrat candidate Jay Biden's electoral college has seen a lot of representation in 17 of the 50 states.
Biden has 89 representatives and Republican Trump has 63. Biden is in the lead in Texas, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and New Hampshire.
The counting of votes is underway now. As votes are yet to be counted in many places, it is not possible to predict who will win right now. Competition is expected to be fierce between incumbent President Donald Trump and former Vice President Biden.
Electoral votes in Florida, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina and Georgia will be decisive in this election. In these states known as the Battle Ground, the candidate who maintains the lead will win.
