We are ready to help in any way to complete the Melamchi project as soon as possible: Finance Minister Poudel

Kathmandu: Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel has said that the Ministry of Finance will provide all necessary assistance to complete the Melamchi Drinking Water Project as soon as possible. 

Speaking at a review program at the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday, Poudel said that the ministry was ready to provide necessary assistance and facilitation for the completion of the project. He also said that coordination would be made among the concerned state bodies to effectively carry out the work of the Melamchi project. 

Minister for Water Supply Bina Magar has informed that all parties are working on the Melamchi Drinking Water Project. 

A program has been organized in the Ministry of Finance to discuss the budget implementation of the Fiscal Year 2077/07, especially the situation of capital expenditure, existing problems and solutions.
