Hearing on writs against the dissolution of the House of Representatives begins


Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has started hearing the writ petition against the decision to dissolve the parliament. 

The hearing is continuing in a single sitting of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana. There are 12 writ petitions filed against the dissolution of the parliament in Rana's court today.

The remaining writ will be presented in the Constitutional Court on Friday. A writ petition filed by four lawmakers on Tuesday will also be heard today.
