Gorkha Municipality gives leave for Prithvi Jayanti, three-day program

On the 299th birth anniversary of the then King of Gorkha, Prithvi Narayan Shah, who unified Nepal, the Gorkha Municipality has given a public holiday on January 10.

Mayor Rajan Raj Pant informed that Prithvi Jayanti is being celebrated as a celebration by giving a public holiday in the city area.

The municipality has also decided to hold a three-day program to celebrate Prithvi Jayanti.
