Agency. A magnitude 6.1 earthquake shook the Tibet Autonomous Region of China on Friday, according to the China Earthquake Information Center.
According to the epicenter, the quake struck at 2.41 pm on Friday.
The epicenter was reported at a depth of 10 km.
The quake did not cause any casualties, local officials said.
