Ban on 1Xbet ads, even instructions to remove promotional videos

Kathmandu: The government has banned the advertisement of  1XBet, which can be invested in gambling through various digital platforms. In a press release issued on Sunday, the Advertising Board under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology said such advertisements were illegal.

According to the board, such acts are contrary to the provisions of clause B of subsection 1 of section 5 of the Advertising Regulation Act, 2076. This press release has been issued for the information of all who will be punished according to the law.
