The body of a child was found in a brick kiln in Bhaktapur

The body of a child has been found in a brick kiln in Bhaktapur. According to the Metropolitan Police Complex, Bhaktapur, the body of Rojan, 10, son of Raju Machhe was found in Changunarayan Municipality-9, Tathali.

Police had received information that the child had gone missing at around 11:00 am on Friday and could not be found even after searching with friends. 
During the search, his body was found in a frozen pond in a white BM brick kiln compound near his house on Saturday, said DSP Deepak Giri. 

A team of investigation officers under the command of Inspector Surya Bahadur Shahi from Metropolitan Police Circle Jagati Bhaktapur has been deployed at the spot. 

The body has been sent to KMC Hospital, Duwakot, Bhaktapur for postmortem and further investigation is underway, said DSP Giri.
