Danger of Nepal becoming a competition ground for international powers has increased: Kamal Thapa

Kathmandu. Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Kamal Thapa has said that the danger of Nepal becoming a competition ground for international powers has increased.

He blamed the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) and the main opposition party, the Nepali Congress, for the inaction and wrong policy.

Tweeting on Friday morning, he also mentioned the need to be aware of the country's independence and existence in time.

He emphasized the need to maintain a strategic balance in relations with neighboring China and India.

He said that maintaining equality and non-alignment was the basis of Nepal's existence.

This statement of RPP Chairman Thapa became public after Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli met Samant Kumar Goyal, the head of the Indian intelligence agency RAW, a few days ago.
