Biplav being brought to Kathmandu

CPN (Biplav) General Secretary Netra Bikram Chand has left Nawalparasi to participate in the 'Biplava' program to be organized in Kathmandu. He is being brought to Kathmandu with police security.

After a three-point agreement between the government and the party, the uprising became public today after two years. Secretary-General Biplav has made public a picture of meeting the family of the martyr in Nawalparasi.

Though the government was preparing to send a helicopter, the rebels are going to Kathmandu in a vehicle. He reached Devachuli on Thursday night and was released by the martyr's family. Earlier, he had met party cadres.

Today, General Secretary Biplav and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli are scheduled to address from the same platform.
