Bhim Rawal withdrew his resignation
Kathmandu: CPN-UML Vice-Chairman Bhim Rawal has withdrawn his resignation from the House of Representatives. Rawal met Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkata today and withdrew his resignation.
He withdrew his resignation before the parliament convened. Rawal had resigned before giving a vote of confidence to Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba in Parliament. However, Speaker Sapkota did not approve it.
Party leaders had been urging Rawal to resign. He was the coordinator of the task force formed to resolve the dispute between CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal.
