Fugitive man arrested after 23 years

Lalitpur: A man who was absconding after killing his colleague has been arrested after 23 years. Mankaji Shrestha, who killed his colleague Shyam Khadka on November 3, 2009, has been arrested, according to police. 

Shrestha was arrested from Lalitpur Metropolitan City-5, Thasikhel on Wednesday, according to the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB). 

Shrestha has been produced in the Kathmandu District Court on Wednesday.
